Not a fan of cloud-based apps? No problem. BLOOMIN8 Colour E-Ink Canvas offers a fully local solution with a SD card slot and Just resize all your images to the frame resolution and save them in the SD card.

For smart home enthusiasts, we've developed its Home Assistant custom integration, allowing you to upload and display images 100% locally over your home Wi-Fi network. No third-party servers, no unnecessary data sharing—just full control and peace of mind. Set schedules, sync with other devices, or change artwork dynamically. Your frame, your rules. The HA possibilities are endless.

Our frame comes in a brushed aluminum finish and will ship in the box. However, if you prefer a different look, we designed the  BLOOMIN8 Colour E-Ink Canvas to be compatible with IKEA RÖDALM frames, giving you the freedom to customize your setup. Simply swap it out with a RÖDALM frame from IKEA to match your home decor.

Our journey began with Arpobot Smart Shade, a Matter-over-Thread smart home device backed by hundreds of early supporters on Kickstarter&Indiegogo. We believe that technology should be an extension of your home, not a distraction from it. 

Surprisingly, BLOOMIN8 Canvas was actually not inspired by famous artists. It was Harry Potter from the childhood memory made us want to build this product!
